Hi folks! We got back from playing the Tucson (Arizona) Folk Festival a few weeks ago. We were hoping it would be warm back in NH when we returned, but summer has a slow start this year! Needless to say, it was beautiful out there in AZ and we got to visit with friends and play several coffee houses in addition to the festival. The festival spanned 3 days, with several stages across the city. Tom Rush and Peter Dalton (“Petie”) Ronstadt (Linda’s nephew) were a couple of our favorites. Before we played the North Church stage, Mariachi Nuevo Azteca (a Mariachi band) gave a great show, and after our set, KLEZMERKABA (Klezmer) played. Quite a mix of music!

In addition to our regular gigs at the Blue Mermaid in Kittery (next one May 31 @ 11am for brunch) and local farmer’s markets in Exeter and Portsmouth, we are playing the Goffstown Old Home Day, Bob’s home town, Saturday, June 6, 11:00 am – 3 pm. We’ll be playing a set along with other entertainment, and we’re running sound all day. Come by and say hi, we’ll be set up in the field behind the Citizens Bank in town.
For people out by Peterborough, Friday, June 5, 5 – 7:00 pm. First Friday in Peterborough. Outdoor concert in downtown Peterborough, NH. In front of Baker’s Station in Depot Square. Rain location inside the Mariposa Museum.
Another different gig for us, we’re taking part in the Salem Songwriters Session, Saturday, June 13, 5:00 pm. A free outdoor original music series at the Pavillion at Field of Dreams park, 48 Geremonty Dr, Salem, NH. Other performers are Doug Farrell, Lonely Oak, & Sunset Rhythm. Bring a chair. Gator BBQ of NH food truck is bringing the smoke.
